The HRBP Italy is responsible for developing, executing, and ensuring compliance of HR policies and procedures with local regulations, providing comprehensive coaching and advisory services to managers and employees on all HR matters, managing the full talent lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance and compensation, overseeing HR operations, and serving as the primary HR point of contact in Italy with hiring and disciplinary authority.

This position reports to the Senior Manager HR South Europe and is part of the HR located in Milan and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop, execute, and interpret HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with local employment laws, tax, social security, gender equality, disability regulations, and anti-corruption/privacy standards.

Coach and support managers in managing performance, talent and development processes including training and presentations. Provide coaching and consultation to managers in personnel matters, while also offering dedicated HR advisory services to employees on all employee relations issues, health, and organizational change.

Work closely with internal Talent Acquisition partners to manage the end-to end recruitment process from creating requisitions, conducting interviews, determining a compelling compensation package and all related documentation including offer letters, to drive time to fill metrics. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from requisition to offer, and support managers to create robust onboarding plans and ensure all new employees receive best in class onboarding experience for new hires.

Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs. Partner with HR Operations to manage all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

Participate in developing HR systems and metrics, manage internal/external HR audits, Supervise HSE activities and provide consultancy to Company Doctor and HSE structure, negotiate with unions, and act as the primary HR point of contact for all HR matters in Italy, including the authority to hire, dismiss, and discipline.

The essential requirements of the job include

* HR qualification or business degree would be an advantage.
* A minimum of 10 years of total Human Resources experience is required.
* Previous experience in negotiations with internal and external Unions
* Italian and fluent in English


It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

* Previous experience in a commercial, international environment
* Previous experience in a fast-paced HR department
* Excellent MS office and experience with an HRIS (Workday)
