How will you make an impact? You will:
* Ensure a unique and exceptional client experience during each client interactions, transmitting the vision and values of the Maison
* Cultivate strong client relationships and develop client loyalty
* Meet individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative, including the ones related to CRM initiatives
* Deliver excellence in operations: aftersales, VM, inventories etc
How will you experience success with us?
* Have previous experience at the highest levels of luxury in retail
* Be confident, organized, efficient, with a great attention to detail, result and action-oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset
* Be independent and autonomous with excellent interpersonal skills
* Have a solid understanding of the retail world, including selling ceremony, KPIs, competitors
* Be fluent in English and Italian, additional language will be a plus
* Be available to work in Cernobbio, Villa D'Este boutique
