Within Manufacturing & Supply Chain for the Electronics Division Business Area at the Montevarchi site, we are looking for Electromechanical Assembly Operators. The selected individuals will be integrated into the production assembly lines with the aim of ensuring production capacity. The people will be responsible for the following activities:* Assembly of avionics modules and equipment; * Consulting technicaldocumentation, in particular technical drawings, in carrying out assembly activities; * Knowledge of technical instrumentation (Oscilloscope, Network & Spectrum Analyzer, Bench power supplies, etc.); * Skills in terms of Testing and Troubleshooting of Digital and/or power electronic equipment; * Basic knowledge of the basic scheme of an electronic system; * Basic knowledge of production flows and related management of non-conformities; * Understanding and knowledge of electrical diagrams, assembly diagrams and parts lists; * Using assembly procedures; * Using company tools for entering Non-Conformities.**Education:**Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunications or equivalent.**Required Experience Level:** Junior (1-3 years) or Expert (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Reading technical drawings* THT soldering**Behavioral Skills*** Time and priority management* Collaboration* Flexibility* Team working* Problem-solving orientation**Language Skills:** good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level)**IT Skills:*** Knowledge of Office suite* Knowledge of SAP application**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Montevarchi**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
