Your Tasks
▪Perform service maintenance, planned and unplanned
▪Perform site troubleshooting, service audits - “Health checks”
▪Provide On-line and On-site assistance
▪Preparation and execution of site visits/maintenance tasks at Customer site
▪Installation and commissioning of new tooling and equipments with product testing stages
▪Preparation of comprehensive service report and support the service offers preparation
▪Perform Electrical and Mechanical inspections, adjustments, repairs and reporting to Customer
▪Support development of service business
▪Support GEA Region and Country service organizations, performing training on the job and remote training
Your Profile / Qualifications
Your Skills
▪Preferred background is electrical, better if in bakery industry but also with good mechanical skills
▪Capability to understand customer needs/requests (internal/external customers) supporting the grow of service business
▪Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to communicate / deal professionally with both internal and external customers
▪Organized, has an analytical mind and able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
▪Independent
▪Service driven and open-minded; works well in teams
▪Highly motivated and has strong sense of ownership and good independent working capabilities
▪Willing to travel with flexibility
▪Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written). Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
