Move with us for a better world! /p h3Your Role /h3 pWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate bSupplier Accounting Specialist /b to join our HQ Finance Team at Technogym Village (Cesena, Italy). /p pFor this opportunity we are offering a fixed-term contract. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liRecord payable invoices in strict adherence to IAS accounting standards, as well as tax regulations (VAT and direct taxes) and management accounting principles (e.g., analytical accounting). /li liEnsure compliance with the procurement process, including the issuance of purchase requests, approval of purchase requests, purchase order entry, and receipt of goods into inventory. /li liRelease invoices for payment upon receiving authorization from the Purchasing Manager, within established expenditure limits. /li liAccurately record and maintain asset master data, including all necessary information for calculating and managing fixed assets (e.g., dimensions, registration numbers, locations, asset categories). /li liEfficiently manage the payables schedule to ensure the timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices. /li liHandle the processing of invoices and credit notes to be received, as well as invoices related to advance payments. /li liReconcile accounts payable with balance sheet accounts. /li liRecord accruals, deferrals, and outstanding invoices/credit notes in a timely manner. /li liRecognize and account for foreign exchange differences on outstanding supplier balances in foreign currencies. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. /p pWhat you should bring: /p ul liBachelor’s Degree and/or Master’s Degree in Economics /li liPrevious experience in Accounting /li liExtensive knowledge of the International Accounting Standards /li liExperience in financial solutions management /li liKnowledge of ERP systems /li liExcellent time and project management skills /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul h3Technogym is an Equal Opportunities Employer /h3 pTechnogym is an equal opportunities employer.
