Every Monday, a 10-line report goes to the CEO: what progressed, what is blocked, what you decided, and what you are monitoring. In the first 30 days, you will measure the factory’s real speed for the first time: from idea validation to product launch. Jira Governance:
You manage Jira as a “tool of reality,” not just a task list. You have 5-10 years
in delivery, operations, or program management within startups, scale-ups, or digital agencies. You know how to build governance, enforce workflows, and keep a board clean in an environment that changes every week. You have likely been in this situation before: existing systems that no one actually followed, and you found a way to make them respected without becoming the “office cop.” Operational English is mandatory
