DIRECT PLACEMENT The Property Manager is a dynamic position that will provide key office support in all areas of property management. They will manage the day-to-day operations of the community and have a passion for exceeding resident expectations and providing exceptional customer service. - Manage & operate the property within the financial guidelines. - Oversee marketing, maintenance, retention strategies, and communications. - Work closely with the Regional Manager to oversee interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supervision of all community staff. - Set rental rates, oversee collections, and handle financial duties (budgeting, deposits, reporting, etc.). - Approve & submit invoices from all service providers. - Maintain knowledge of the competition. - Handle all escalated concerns. - Walk the property daily to identify maintenance and resident issues. - Ensure regular and predictable attendance with a professional appearance and attitude. - Process all forms, reports, and administrative information efficiently and timely. - Be creative within budget constraints. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus and attention to detail. - Connect effectively with long-term residents. - Experience with Resman/Knock online system preferred. - CRM or ARM certification preferred. - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. - Offer full medical benefits with a 401K. - Housing discounts applicable. - Competitive bonuses.
