The opportunity
We are looking for a Manager in the IT Strategy area with a focus on software testing activities for our Technology Consulting division.
The reference locations for the position are Rome and Bari with a hybrid work regime.
What are the activities provided for by the role?
- Analyze and understand the customer's needs in relation to specific software;
- Manage information related to testing activities in the main market tools (e.g. Jira, Devops..);
- Create test lists by identifying dependencies between the tests to be executed;
- Manage the execution of the test list, identifying bugs and addressing them to the software development team;
- Identify the opportunity to accelerate the execution of tests through test automation tools;
- Promote best practices and a mindset aimed at providing efficient and high-quality software;
- Project Management activities in relation to projects and stakeholders involved;
The skills we are looking for:
- Three-year or master's degree preferably in technical-scientific, economic or engineering disciplines;
- Solid experience of at least 5 years in the Tech or IT Strategy area;
- Solid planning and organization skills of resources assigned to the project;
- Ability to operate in respect of deadlines and managing multiple priorities simultaneously in an effective manner;
- Solid Problem Solving and result-oriented skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and in a collaborative way;
- Solid knowledge and mastery of the main Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Knowledge of the English language at an intermediate level;
- H having carried out projects in the software testing activity will be considered a plus;
