As a Trade Marketeer in Italy, you are responsible for executing and implementing marketing and trade marketing initiatives to support LW's value and volume ambitions within the country.
You will serve as a key link between Core EMEA Marketing and local Sales Execution, helping both sides stay aligned on key priorities.
Deep understanding of business and Route to Market strategies is essential to support both Pull and Push initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring consistent deployment and execution of EMEA marketing campaigns and initiatives.
* Deploying local campaigns in accordance with EMEA marketing guidelines.
* Contributing to improving the effectiveness of all sales funnel stages to generate qualified leads.
* Enabling and equipping the sales team for consultative selling to become preferred partners for customers.
* Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager to build and implement PULL & PUSH trade marketing plans and activations in Italy.
* Contributing to the long-term Route to Market strategy and developing initiatives in focus segments.
* Aligning launch and campaign timing with customers and sales teams.
* Supporting the marketing team and the Country Sales Manager in developing the country's Annual Operating Plan.
* Identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement across regions.
* Staying informed on market trends, industry standards, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or Category Management.
* 3-5 years of marketing experience in the Foodservice sector within Italy; FMCG experience is a plus.
* Understanding of channels and customer needs.
* Ability to handle matrix organizations with strong negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
* Willingness to travel within Italy and to the Netherlands; flexibility is essential.
