Ph3Job Overview /h3 pThe Sales Contract Coordinator is responsible for supporting accurate and timely execution of sales, rental, and service contracts, ensuring end‑to‑end contract management from order entry through billing and revenue execution. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze contract agreements and create, maintain, and manage sales contracts in Oracle. /li liExecute contract renewals and implement price increases. /li liProcess customer billings and invoicing; investigate and resolve reported disputed invoices. Handle customer inquiries, taking ownership and responsibility to ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and sales. /li liContribute to daily management processes, ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives. /li liMaintain and update sales and customer records; compile monthly sales reports. Expedite processes through internal liaison.
