The site supports major automotive customers, includingStellantis, producing high-quality seating systems with a strong focus on lean manufacturing, safety, and operational excellence.
The Caivano plant plays a crucial role in Italy's industrial network, driving performance, innovation, and employee engagement through collaboration between HR and Operations teams.
Main ResponsibilitiesPartner with Plant Manager and HR Director to strengthenlabor relationsand drive plant HR strategy.
Monitor and improveabsenteeism, turnover, and key HR KPIs in collaboration with Operations.
Leadchange managementand internal communication initiatives to support cultural alignment and engagement.
Manageunion negotiations, including annual premio agreements and workforce stability actions.
Supportleadership development, coaching, and talent reviewprocesses to grow internal capabilities.
Ensure compliance withHR processes, payroll, onboarding, and internal controls, aligned with corporate standards.
Promotediversity, inclusion, and community engagementprograms at the plant level.
RequirementsDegree inHuman Resources, Law, or Business Administration.
At least5 years' HR experiencein an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Strong background inindustrial relationsand labor law.
Proven ability to managechange, engagement, and people developmentprograms.
Fluent inItalian and English.
