Responsibilities
* Planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare services and training programs in cooperation with Operations management.
* Supervising clinical personnel and providing clinical teaching.
* Conducting performance monitoring, risk reduction, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards including Medicaid and Medicare.
* Leading case conferences, chairing committees (safety, infection control, incident review, human rights).
* Facilitating communication among staff, families, community providers, and management.
* Overseeing initial healthcare assessments and visits for new contracts.
* Managing care plans, medical records, and physician orders.
* Marketing services within the service area.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Social Services, or related healthcare field.
* Healthcare management experience with multiple age groups.
* Knowledge of funding sources and applicable regulations.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
* Ability to travel within the area and valid driver’s license and insurance.
