Ph3About the Role /h3 pWe are looking for a Process Technology Lead – Battery Manufacturing to take end‑to‑end technical ownership of a turn‑key filling, forming and aging plant for battery cells, ensuring both the successful industrial implementation of the line and the performance of the finished product. /p pIn this role you will act as the process technology reference within the project, with full responsibility for the selected technology and the achievement of process results. You will actively drive optimization and correction across the key process phases (filling, forming, aging), leveraging deep electrochemical and industrial plant know‑how to pinpoint where and why the process is not performing as expected. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the technical performance of the production process across electrolyte filling, electrochemical formation, and cell stabilization. /li liDefine, validate and optimize process parameters, including charge/discharge profiles, power management and energy profiles, cycle times and operating conditions. /li liAnalyze line performance (yield, scrap, electrochemical anomalies) to identify technological bottlenecks, process deviations and integration issues between machines and system. /li liPropose and implement technical improvements based on data and process expertise, acting on hardware, software and process parameters. /li liEnsure robust plant and technology integration across filling, forming and aging equipment, power supply and power management systems, and automation and control systems. /li liValidate alignment between process specifications and supplier technical solutions, ensuring required performance is met. /li liAct as a direct technical interface with OEMs and technology suppliers, challenge proposed solutions, align machine parameters with process requirements, and negotiate on solid engineering grounds. /li liSupport and participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, start‑up and ramp‑up, with direct accountability for on‑site tuning of process parameters and rapid, effective troubleshooting of real production issues. /li liServe as the link between engineering and production by translating product requirements into process specifications, supporting the end customer in industrialization activities, and ensuring consistency between plant design and real battery behaviour in operation. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul li5–10 years of experience in battery manufacturing, process engineering or commissioning of battery‑related industrial plans. /li liIdeal background from battery cell manufacturers, forming/aging technology suppliers, or advanced system integrators operating in the sector. /li liExperience integrating complex, automated industrial plants with an understanding of interactions between process, machines and software. /li liStrong knowledge of battery cell manufacturing processes, with a particular focus on forming and aging. /li liSolid understanding of electrochemical phenomena related to charge/discharge cycles, degradation mechanisms and stabilization processes. /li liExperience with power supply systems and energy management, including definition and analysis of battery formation curves. /li liStrong capability to analyze and interpret process data and test outcomes. /li liFamiliarity with dry room and/or clean room environments (preferred). /li liStrong analytical mindset and root‑cause orientation. /li liTechnical authority and ability to influence engineering decisions. /li liAbility to work cross‑functionally across multiple technical disciplines. /li liHands‑on, operational attitude—especially during commissioning and start‑up phases. /li /ul pCoesia is an equal opportunity employer and embraces diversity and inclusi. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
