You will be placed in a unit dedicated to studying, creating, and releasing innovative banking products, together with a team of highly specialized Strategic Consultants. Long Description In this role, you will play a key role in : Working closely with large clients in the Banking sector to understand their needs and guide them towards their business goals. Developing new strategies, suggesting innovative approaches on sector themes, and participating in the realization of highly refined banking products. Managing a team and working closely with the Product Owner. Collaborating on the design and construction of complex projects aimed at creating value for the firm and its clients. Job Responsibilities YOUR PROFILE At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured companies. A passion for and profound knowledge of the Banking sector. Ability to organize a wide range of projects. Capacity to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders. Experience in managing and coordinating a team, with a predisposition to transfer skills. Professional proficiency in English.
