An elite global tech consultancy, backed by decades of enterprise transformation success, has launched a Greenfield SAP practice in Italy. This is your chance to step into a foundational SAP manager role and influence major clients and the direction of the new unit from day one.
We are not just hiring a manager; we're hiring future partners, practice leaders, and transformation experts.
We are looking for 2 SAP Managers to join a rapidly scaling team and work on high-impact, end-to-end projects for enterprise clients in sectors like finance, public sectors, utilities, and manufacturing.
You'll be client-facing, delivery-driven, and part of a strategic team bringing S/4HANA innovation to life.
SAP Manager - Responsibilities
* Lead and deliver SAP transformation projects across Finance, MM, or Supply Chain (SAP FI, SAP MM, or SAP SCM)
* Act as the go-to advisor for key enterprise clients, building long-term value through innovation and stability
* Work closely with senior leadership to shape the direction of the new practice
* Operate across hybrid environments with major clients (predominantly remote)
* Define the delivery methodology and governance
SAP Manager - Qualifications
* 8+ years of SAP project experience, including end-to-end delivery
* Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA - ideally across Finance, MM, or Supply Chain domains (SAP FI, SAP MM, or SAP SCM)
* Strong background in consulting environments
* Clear leadership capabilities with an entrepreneurial mindset
