Responsibilities: - Conduct telephone interviews with potential resellers and distributors of our Client's products. - Ask a series of predetermined questions aimed at understanding various aspects of their business and preferences regarding safety gloves. - Record accurate and detailed responses from each interview. - Collaborate with the research team to analyze collected data and extract valuable insights. - Adhere to project timelines and deliverables. Requirements: - Previous experience in telemarketing or telephone-based market research preferred. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people effectively. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection. - Proficiency in Italian and English languages. - Access to a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
