With the aim of strengthening the Procurement Team, we are recruiting a Sourcing Expert to collaborate on monitoring the implementation of procurement strategies in the assigned purchasing area, ensuring sourcing benefits are fully met while complying with company policies.
Responsibilities
* Support and implement purchasing strategies for all materials and services in the assigned area.
* Conduct spend analysis, analyse supply markets, identify sourcing levers, perform competitive RFQ/RFP/RFI and supplier negotiations to support business objectives.
* Support the selection and qualification of suppliers by collaborating with other departments.
* Collaborate in the implementation and promotion of continuous improvement processes to optimise savings and supply quality.
* Assist with inter‑departmental and group‑wide savings and process improvement initiatives.
* Monitor supplies based on group framework agreements and ensure procurement benefits are realised.
* Track, expedite and report on supplies in the assigned area.
Requirements
* Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related scientific subjects.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector.
* Good knowledge of English (B2 or higher) and preferred knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish or German).
* Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
* Team‑oriented, strong negotiation, critical thinking, planning and organisational skills with a results‑focused mindset.
Offer
* Open‑ended contract.
* ‘C’ grading under the Italian Chemical Pharmaceutical National Collective Agreement.
* Annual salary between €34,000 and €40,000.
