Responsibilities include:
1. Providing technical support via telephone, email, and other digital channels to ensure a positive and effective customer experience.
2. Managing customer requests promptly and professionally.
3. Handling tickets and updating data and reports in the company's CRM system.
Required qualifications:
* Diploma or higher education qualification.
* Previous experience in customer service.
* Strong computer skills.
Ideal candidates will also possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Employment details:
* Contract type: Temporary, 3 months, Part-Time 50%, with potential for extension.
* Industry: Telecommunications, 3rd level.
* Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:30-17:00.
* Work location: Napoli Centro Direzionale.
* Start date: September 1, 2025.
