This role plays a strategic part in managing and optimizing strongKPIs /strong, supporting the sales team with a strongdata-driven approach /strong, and driving strongcustomer-centric strategic planning /strong. /ppbr/ppstrongCareer Development Opportunity: /strong /ppThis position is designed with a clear development path. /ppStarting with a focus on creating and automating dashboards to support sales performance analysis, the role will progressively evolve towards managing the digital sales channel, supporting customer offers activities, and ultimately growing into a Junior Sales position with direct customer responsibilities. /ppThroughout this evolution, the ownership of dashboard maintenance and performance reporting will remain a core responsibility. /ppbr/ppstronguKey Responsibilities: /u /strong /ppstrongKPI Management Reporting /strong /pulliAct as the strongcontrol tower /strong for business KPIs. /liliProactively monitor, manage, and update strongkey performance indicators. /strong /liliPrepare reports and support materials for internal meetings. /liliCollaborate with the strongSales Administration /strong andstrong Finance /strong departments to manage performance indicators. /li /ulpstronguPerformance Planning Analysis: /u /strong /pulliSupport the strongSales Director /strong in setting strongperformance targets /strong and tracking business opportunities. /liliServe as strongKey User /strong for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities. /liliDevelop and manage strongSales Performance Dashboards, /strong analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product. /liliAnalyze results and propose strongstrategic and corrective actions /strong. /liliMonitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact. /liliIdentify strongbest practices /strong and share them within the team. /liliManage the sales module of the strongpricing tool /strongto propose special deals. /li /ulpstronguNew Market Launch Support: /u /strong /pulliConduct stronggeomarketing /strongactivities to identify new opportunities. /liliAnalyze market trends and propose strategic actions. /liliResponsible for new sales channels development /li /ulpstronguPrice Benchmarking /u /strong /pulliAct as an intermediary between strongMarketing and Sales /strong for price benchmarking initiatives. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications /strong /pullistrongDegree /strongin a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent). /lilistrongMinimum 5 years of experience /strong in a similar role. /lilistrongTechnical skills: /strong Proficiency in strongOffice Tools, Power BI, /strong and strongGoogle Suite, programming languages. /strong /lilistrongLanguages /strong: Fluent in strongItalian and English. /strong /lilistrongStrong analytical skills, /strong problem-solving ability, and capability to synthesize data into actionable insights. /lilistrongExcellent organizational and communication skills /strong, with the ability to collaborate across teams. /lilistrongSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team. /strong /li /ulpbr/ppIf you have a strong analytical mindset, a results-driven approach, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the right opportunity for you! /ppbr/ppstrongAdditional Information /strong /ppBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
