As a seasoned Business Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our EU sales strategy and driving exponential growth with key accounts/partners in Europe.
We are looking for an ambitious individual with a strong track record in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy industry. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, implementing business development initiatives, and expanding sales channels.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term partnerships with major solar/renewable energy distributors and developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market. Your ability to analyze industrial developments, identify prospects, and evaluate their position in the industry will be crucial in defining sales options for EcoFlow.
Your Challenges
* Grow: Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow product sales and implement business development initiatives to expand sales channels.
* Build and maintain long-term partnerships by developing new solar sales channels in the Italian market.
* Maintain strong relationships with major solar/renewable energy distributors.
* Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase EcoFlow's market share and complete sales targets.
Your Profile
* Min 3+ years relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in the new energy industry.
* Previous track record and strong network with key solar distributors/installers are desired.
* Bachelor or master's degree.
* Self-driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, problem solver.
* Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and able to think in other people's shoes.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English as a working language, additional European language fluency will be a plus.
