Key Responsibilities:
Maintain sales engagement programs up-to-date with product launches or transitions.
Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
Establish customer rapport with products and services.
Sales Engagement Objectives:
* Stay current with product releases to inform sales strategies
* Develop partnerships with key stakeholders for future growth
* Foster strong relationships with customers to drive business results
Technical Support Requirements:
Provide product information through presentations covering new features, project timelines, quality performance, and technical training.
Document market and customer findings and communicate the information back to the organization.
Support marketing efforts to evaluate market trends, monitor regulatory activities, and solicit customer feedback.
Team Collaboration:
Support team members and peers to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to regional and international trade shows to promote products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, etc.)
5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or R&D departments
Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products
Knowledge of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one European language
Highly motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects
Prior work experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
About the Role:
This role requires frequent domestic travel with occasional international travel and weekend travel. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
