We are looking for a motivated Junior Digital Transformation Engineer (a new graduate or soon to graduate student in Computer Engineering or Computer Science) eager to contribute to innovative digital solutions.
The candidate will work on the evolution and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 no code/low code platform, supporting business process automation and digital collaboration.
He/She will also be directly involved in group-wide innovation projects, including the adoption of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence technologies.
Key Activities
* Support the design, development, and maintenance of digital solutions using the Microsoft 365 no code/low code ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, etc).
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into digital workflows and applications.
* Participate in group-level Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence projects, contributing to data preparation, testing, and validation activities.
* Assist in monitoring solution performance, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with company standards.
* Help document digital processes, configurations, and enhancements.
* Provide support to end users during rollout and adoption of new digital tools.
* Stay updated on emerging trends in digital platforms, AI technologies, and no code development to bring innovative ideas into the team.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (or near completion) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent technical field.
* Basic understanding of:
* No code/low code tools
* Databases and data modeling
* Interest in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and data-driven technologies. Curiosity and passion for digital transformation, automation, and innovation.
* Analytical mindset and strong problem solving skills.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
* English proficiency: minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
* Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate (even academic/personal projects).
* Familiarity with Python, data analytics tools, or ML frameworks.
* Experience working on university or curricular digital projects.
