Ph3Manager, Talent Acquisition @ Sealed Air | Recruiting for professionals in all functions in Europe, Middle East Africa /h3 pbWhat does a Service Engineer do? /b /p pAs a Service Engineer, you are the technical backbone of our customer support operations. You maintain, install, and upgrade our fleet of packaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You assist customers during the post-sales phase, resolving technical issues and breakdowns, and actively promote our equipment, Smart Services, and Spare Parts to support our financial goals. /p pYou collaborate closely with internal teams—such as Systems Integration and Application Engineers—to share field insights and ensure seamless communication across projects. You also lead or contribute to specific service projects, analyze equipment performance data, and ensure all activities comply with safety and operational standards. /p ul liProvide expert maintenance, installation, and upgrades for our fleet and partner equipment, ensuring customers experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. /li liEvaluate customer expectations and plan service activities that meet their goals. Your ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions will make you a trusted partner. /li liIdentify opportunities to promote our Smart Services and spare parts, helping us meet financial targets while delivering added value to customers. /li liProvide hands‑on training in basic equipment maintenance, helping customers become more self‑sufficient and confident in using our solutions. /li liFollow company, regional, and customer standards and safety rules, maintaining a safe and professional working environment. /li liCommunicate openly with internal teams and share technical insights from the field, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation. /li liManage or contribute to service‑related projects, analyzing performance data and ensuring timely execution of maintenance and corrective actions. /li liRecord all service activities in our CRM platform, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting. /li /ul pbQualifications /b /p ul liDegree in Electromechanical Engineering /li liHigh and low voltage certification /li liStrong ability to read electrical and pneumatic diagrams /li liKnowledge of PLC systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley) /li liProven experience in field technical service /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office /li liUnderstanding of kinematics, mechanical/electrical drives, and industrial equipment manufacturing /li liKnowledge of vacuum processes and material thermal/physical properties is a plus /li /ul h3Seniority level /h3 ul liAssociate /li /ul h3Employment type /h3 ul liFull-time /li /ul h3Job function /h3 ul liEngineering and Customer Service /li /ul h3Industries /h3 ul liPackaging and Containers Manufacturing /li /ul pModena, Emilia‑Romagna, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
