About the Role : We are hiring an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to support an international brand in Portugal, Greece or Bulgaria! Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email and chat.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, services, billing and technical issues.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments when necessary.
Requirements
* Fluency in Italian and English.

* Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM systems or support tools.
* Must be a valid EU citizen and willing to relocate abroad.
