As a Graduate, you will have the chance to work on varied and exciting assignments to meet these challenges. /p h3Your mission /h3 pReporting to the Ecosistem Platform Technical Director, your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be: /p ul liProvide technical support to hazardous waste treatment and recovery facilities in Italy. /li liPerform a key technical role in managing the company’s industrial projects, working on cross-functional technical issues between Italy and France in collaboration with the HAZARDOUS Waste Process (IWS) team and the SUEZ Design and Construction team. /li liActively contribute to the technical risk assessment of projects. /li liConduct a critical review of technical documentation from technology partners to assess the adequacy of process guarantees and performance. /li liCollaborate on the management of the Monitoring and Control Plan required by IPPC (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) regulations for waste treatment facilities. /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support for operations and contribute to process optimization in order to improve industrial performance (OEE). /li liContribute to technology monitoring and the development of process expertise, in collaboration with the French Hazardous Waste Processes department. /li liParticipate in the technical definition, design, and implementation of processes for industrial projects related to hazardous waste (new sites/equipment, upgrades, optimizations). /li liDraft and approve technical process documentation and coordinate technical working groups. /li liOversee the monitoring of emissions, process parameters and performance indicators for the various production lines. /li liParticipate in process safety reviews (HAZID/HAZOP). /li liRegular travel within Italy and occasional travel to France or abroad is required. /li /ul pYou will join the team of experts from the Recycling Recovery (RR) innovation department and you will be in close contact with the EC innovation center of expertise, as well as the operational operators in Italy and abroad. /p pAt the end of the 2 years of this position integrated into the Graduate Expert program, you can either continue to deepen and share your expertise acquired locally, or else become a local referent of Hazardous waste treatment in one of a SUEZ Business Unit over the world. /p h3Who We Are Looking For /h3 pWe look for passionate candidates willing to engage in a long-term journey. /p pYou will join an international group of men and women committed to develop more efficient technologies and circular solutions, creating value from waste. /p pYou have a master’s degree or a PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry. /p pYou have a strong understanding and exposure to Thermodynamic related subjects: /p ul liLower Heating Value characterization of solid waste mixing. /li liProcess engineering in Syn Gas production and transformation. /li liFamiliarity in gas purification unit treatment in chemical and petrochemical processes (i.e. Ethanol and Methanol production). /li liFamiliarity with physico-chemical fluid treatment processes (e.g. oxidation, precipitation, chelation, evaporation, ultrafiltration, demulsification). /li /ul pYou have a fluent level of Italian and you are fluent in English. /p pJoin us to become an expert in Hazardous waste treatment. /p pSUEZ is an equal opportunity employer.
