Job Description

Core Responsibilities
 * Act as the Finance Business Partner of the Italy Business Unit to support the BU in improving topline and bottom‑line performance.
 * Finance representative and key member of the Italy Leadership Team.
 * Collaborate with key contributors to drive informed decision‑making and develop, review and submit financial estimates and plans.
 * Ensure timely communication of financial budgets and results to relevant parties, pointing out potential risks and opportunities and implementing actionable solutions.
 * Provide financial mentorship to support a dedicated area, including third‑party retailers and the LEGO Certified Stores (Franchise) Partners.
 * Drive strategic finance and business planning efforts.
 * Be responsible for financial aspects of investment projects from inception through execution to post‑investment analysis.
 * Lead financial oversight and planning processes, including routine periodic estimates and annual plans.
 * Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the dedicated area.
 * Ensure good governance of spending of funds.
 * Collaborate and contribute to the Western Europe Finance Team (FBPs in other BUs).
 * Work independently as a recognized subject‑matter expert, coaching others and identifying and defining tasks.
 * Interact directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation.
 * May manage large projects or processes independently.
 * Possess strong end‑to‑end business understanding.
Qualifications
 * Strong academic qualifications – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance or related field.
 * Over 8 years of professional background in finance‑related fields.
 * Proficient in data analysis and analytics, with a proven ability to use data to guide trade‑off conversations with senior business executives.
 * Financial collaboration experience.
 * Significant experience in finance‑related areas.
 * Strong data and analytics skills with a consistent record of leveraging data to steer trade‑off discussions with senior business leaders.
