This position reports to: Customer Support Specialist Your responsibilities: - Monitoring the status of orders. - Ensuring a positive customer experience by giving them regular updates and clarification. - Observing the overall process and trends across inquiries and identifying improvement areas. Your background: - Student in Economy, Finance, Management Engineering. - Knowledge of MS office (Excel). Good analytical skills - sensitive to numbers, experienced Excel user. - Strong written and spoken communication skills both in Italian and English language. - An agile and proactive approach and a collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
