Here’s what you can expect: - Private health insurance - On-site staff canteen with free hot drinks and kitchen facilities - Exclusive discount card across our restaurants, outlets, and partner brands (Hard Rock, Starbucks, and more) - Training &, development opportunities to grow your career - Team events &, employee recognition initiatives - Internal mobility across our hotels, restaurants, and retail concepts The Job - Review, investigate and explain cost budget variances on a monthly basis. - Spot checks upon receiving and posting of invoices. - Analysis of the monthly cost of goods identify opportunities for improvement. - Analysis of the monthly wastages and consumables cost to address any cost overruns on a timely basis. - Perform stock-take and spot checks in various outlets. - Analysis of stock variances from physical inventory cycle counts and stock-takes. - Closing of consumption report on a monthly basis. - Drive process improvements to reach goals and KPI’s.
