Reporting to the National Account Key Manager, the Junior National Key Account will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in the Italian market, aligned with the company vision to maximize growth and profitability. Main responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of national and regional retailers to achieve brand sell-in, sell-out, and OP targets
* Maintaining relationships with key account retailers and area managers across Italy
* Collaborating with departments such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, Retail, Merchandising, and Digital to develop Guerlain Italy strategies
* Managing sell-out reports for sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion
* Leading product presentations for assigned retailers

* Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing within the beauty industry is a plus
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Customer-focused and relationship-oriented
* Analytical skills with a result-driven approach
* Willing to travel within Italy
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
It all began with Pierre-François-Pascal Guerlain, a perfumer, chemist, inventor, and researcher who established his first boutique at 42, rue de Rivoli, Paris. The address became a destination for dandies and elegant women. In 1853, for Napoleon III and Empress Eugénie’s wedding, Pierre-François-Pascal created Eau de Cologne Impériale, a gift to the bride. Since then, five generations of Guerlain perfumers have continued the creative legacy, now led by Thierry Wasser, exploring the world for the most exclusive raw materials.
