In this IT Manager role, you will act as the primary IT contact for the country, shaping infrastructure and security to support Sephora’s retail operations. You’ll drive improvements, manage IT governance-driven change, and optimize local IT resources within Group policies. You will oversee budget, vendor relations, and cross-functional communication to ensure reliable systems for the country. This is a hands‑on leadership role in a fast‑paced luxury retail IT environment, with a clear impact on security, performance, and user experience.

* Manage fixed and mobile country network
* Oversee all help desk activities (3rd parties) at country level
* Troubleshoot and provide expert support when needed
* Respond to escalated help desk issues or route to European Support Teams
* Maintain vendor relationships and local hardware/software purchasing within policy
* Ensure asset maintenance across the company
* Communicate IT needs effectively to internal clients and superiors
Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* 5+ years IT management experience
* Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills
* Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills
* Retail experience a plus
* Project and change management experience preferred
