Role Description To strengthen our Project Management organization, we are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing complex technical projects within a structured industrial environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for the full execution of projects, acting as the single point of contact both internally and towards the customer, and ensuring alignment with contractual, technical, and organizational requirements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project risks, and ensuring delivery in terms of safety, cost, schedule, and quality. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Production, Engineering & Design, Purchasing, Suppliers, Service, and other departments to ensure effective and successful project delivery from contract validation through commissioning and handover. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Full responsibility for project execution (time, cost, quality/performance) from contract validation through commissioning and start-up at customer site Act as the single point of contact for the customer, managing communication, correspondence, and contractual alignment Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams across all project phases, ensuring clear responsibilities and decision-making structures Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and execution plans Identify, assess, and manage project risks, including mitigation planning, monitoring, and escalation management Ensure compliance with budget, contractual milestones, quality standards, and documentation requirements Prepare and lead regular project reporting, customer meetings, and internal steering committees Manage claims, change requests, subcontractor coordination, and escalations in cooperation with internal stakeholders Ensure implementation of all HSE requirements throughout the project lifecycle Drive lessons learned, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement within the organization.
Required Skills
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or equivalent); Master’s degree is a plus At least 5 years of experience in project management or leadership roles in technical or industrial environments. Solid understanding of project execution processes, including engineering, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning Experience in cost control, scheduling, risk management, and project reporting Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to interpret technical and commercial project data Strong decision-making capability in complex and time-critical project situations High level of customer orientation combined with commercial awareness Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Willingness to occasional international travels.
