Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full-Stack Marketing & Executive Assistant, based in Padua, with some flexibility for remote work. The role combines executive support, marketing execution, and operational coordination. Responsibilities include managing schedules and communications, creating and editing content, supporting marketing activities, and handling day-to-day operational tasks. This position requires a proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the founder and play a key role in supporting business growth.
Qualifications
Fluent Italian and good working knowledge of English
Driving license and availability of a car
Experience in executive or personal assistance, with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication skills to manage correspondence with clients, partners, and suppliers
Experience in social media content creation
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools)
Basic design and photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom)
Understanding of digital marketing (Meta and TikTok Ads)
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Previous experience in hospitality, fashion, or startup environments is considered an advantage.
