Conducing analysis of client business processes and functional requirements;
Conducting “As-Is” analysis and defining “To-Be” business processes;
Supporting testing phases and production deployment;
Training materials and delivery of training sessions;
Knowledge transfer activities for internal teams and junior consultants;
Collaboration during the proposal phase for new project opportunities.
End-to-end management of Odoo implementation projects, from kick-off to go-live;
Planning and monitoring of project activities, budget, and timelines;
3-5 Years of experience in Odoo projects;
