Job Description
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a seasoned HR professional. As a key member of the EMEA HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to employees and managers in Italy.
About the Role:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employment legislation, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager and Reward team to implement global reward frameworks, benchmarking, merit, and incentive schemes, as well as benefit contract renewals.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior stakeholders, including the Country Manager and HR teams.
- Work closely with external counsel to ensure local working practices are compliant, consistent, and regularly updated.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and follow up annual training programs to promote employee development and engagement.
- Support the implementation of performance management processes to drive business results.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Provide generalist HR administration services, including producing and obtaining necessary documents.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in delivering HR change projects.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, HR systems, and MS Office tools.
- Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Social Relations, or Law.
