Main responsibilities
* Full-cycle recruitment management: overseeing the entire selection process, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews.
* Active candidate sourcing: utilizing recruitment channels, internal databases, and professional social networks (LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify profiles aligned with business requirements.
* Staffing agency management: coordinating with external recruitment partners for permanent and temporary staffing, while monitoring the progress of delegated selection processes.
* Talent Acquisition at Career Days: actively participating in university career fairs to identify top talent, map skills, and build a consistent candidate pipeline (Talent Pool).
Requirements
* Language Proficiency: fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken). Note: selection process includes a dedicated language assessment via telephone.
* Experience: at least 1 year of experience in Recruitment and Selection activities.
* Additional Languages: proficiency in French is considered a strong plus.
* Education: bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (preferably in Humanities, Psychology, or Economics) with strong motivation and keen interest in HR trends.
* Organizational Skills: excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, result-oriented mindset.
* Proactivity: a proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
* Public Speaking: exceptional public speaking and presentation skills.
* Stress Management: proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Junior (2-5 years)
