Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world. /ppbMain activity and responsibility /b /pulliIdentify and resolve anomalies and faults in electronic products installed in the field, interfacing with customer support teams. /liliPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose technical solutions. /liliPlan, coordinate and monitor releases of electronic product updates and changes in the field. /liliCollaborate with the Engineering team to analyze, plan and implement design changes and improvements in existing products. /liliCollaborate with the System Test team to verify the correct coverage in terms of testing and analyze (and solve) any eventual issue found. /liliEnsure each release is adequately tested, documented and communicated to affected teams and customers. /liliSupport the Customer Support team by providing training and technical documentation to resolve recurring issues. /liliCollaborate with Engineering and Customer Support to ensure new releases are implemented without negative impacts on existing systems. /liliMonitor product feedback from customers and the market to identify potential vulnerabilities and improvements. /liliCollaborate with the Manufacturing department to resolve assembly or testing issues and optimize existing manufacturing processes. /li /ulpbRequired Skills /b /pulliDegree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or similar disciplines. /liliSkills in diagnosing and resolving product problems, hardware, software and firmware. /liliGood problem solving and communication skills. /liliExperience with planning and coordinating releases of software/hardware updates in the field. /liliAbility to work with interdisciplinary teams (Engineering, Production, Customer Service, Marketing). /liliAvailability for short trips to production sites or customers. /li /ulpbAdditional Skills (Nice to Have) /b /pulliExperience in using DevOps to track issues and to plan releases. /liliExperience managing DevOps pipelines and CI/CD automation tools. /liliBasic programming knowledge for debugging. /li /ulpbSoft Skill /b /pulliAbility to plan and manage multiple tasks in parallel. /liliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills. /liliProactivity and attitude towards continuous improvement. /liliAttention to detail and precision. /liliCustomer orientation and ability to listen to market needs. /li /ulpAllegion is committed to building and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace.
