You will be responsible for the managementof the whole bid phase for target opportunities with the involvement of variousinternal and external stakeholders including the coordination with HeadQuarter.TheBid/ProposalManager for Electrical Solutions is in charge to manage the whole bid phaseensuring high quality of the offers for public and global tenders, includingspecific turnkey projects with Medium Voltage switchgears, SCADA and protectionsystems where his role will be the key for the success. Your Challenge AsBid Manager for Electrical Solutions your main activities will be: ·Analysis of customer’s requests and specifications,identifying the scope of supply and dealing with main stakeholders. ·Accurate risks assessment to ensure an approriateoffer evaluation and cost calculation. ·Preparation of complete offer package with reportingof the status and strategy to management. ·Technical review of proposal based on design to cost,in collaboration with execution team or other team’s member, to exploitpotential profit and margin increase.·Coordination and management of all internal andexternal Stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Execution, third parties andinternal cross division) ·Collaborate with Head-Quarter, Factories, RegionalCountries and with the Products Managers·Participate in internal and/or external kickoffmeetings as required to facilitate the smooth transfer of orders. ·Develop customers knowledge and relationships,supporting the dedicated Sales cluster(s) and with specific meetings atcustomer’s premises when required.
