As a Junior Managerial Training - Internship, you will join Eni Corporate University.
In particular, your team will follow behavioral training, coaching, mentoring, and corporate identity activities.
Main activities
Participate in the training needs analysis phases
Support macro and micro-design
Follow the evaluation activities of training interventions, alongside occupational psychologists with expertise in behavioral issues, during the in-person and remote delivery phases
Read and understand organizational culture and the role that corporate identity formation can play
Ensure the monitoring of administrative and IT traceability activities to support the process itself through company tools
Support the management of training process stakeholders (suppliers, internal customers, participants)
Bring new insights into educational trends through research and/or previous experiences
Required characteristics
Bachelor's degree in humanities/sociology/economics
Interest and brief experience in behavioral training will be positively evaluated.
Good knowledge of the English language
