Sales > SBU MED > Installation Department Italy_Greece_Turkey The Construction department is in charge of the construction of wind projects (EPC) and installation and commissioning of the wind turbines (supply & installation) under contracts sold by the sales department. Responsibilities: - Implementation of Vestas HSE rules & programs both internally and towards subcontractors - Implementation of site specific Vestas Quality Control Plan fulfilling general Vestas quality Systems toward subcontractor - Assure first notification of non-conformity to site manager to guarantee all necessary actions are taken to solve the identified problems - Supervises registration of performed activities on the Installation Service Inspection Forms (SIF's) according to Vestas Quality standards - Coordinate with transport and sub-contractors on delivery schedule - Monitor Subcontractor team numbers sufficient for execution - Daily supervision and progressing of installation activities performed by external resources ensuring the fulfillment of project execution (health, safety, quality and time) and contractual obligations by subcontractor - Perform initial inventory of received goods and materials (tools, site parts, consumables) and hand-over to subcontractor. Ensure Tools good working order with current calibration certificate. - Perform final inventory of the equipment and parts after completion of site works - Supervise installation in compliance with Vestas installation manual and technical specifications Qualifications: - Hight-school degree 2/3 in construction management - Minimum 2 years of experience in site and team management. Experience in the wind sector would be more - Geographical mobility (accommodation provided by the Company during the installation of the Construction Site) - Good level of English required (official language of the Group) - Good knowledge of safety, of management procedures, of delivery stations, of electrical instruments, organization, meeting deadlines, understanding of technical documents Competencies: - Solid organization skills. - Attention to details.
