The ABM Deployment Specialist will promote and facilitate the successful deployment of the ATS Business Model within Comecer Group and build the capabilities to achieve the Current (Annual Operating Plan) and Future Challenges (Strategy Goal Deployment). /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDriving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organization /li liDrive ever‑improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management process /li liAssist leadership in the development and execution of the ABM roadmap of the organization /li liDirectly provide formal and informal ABM training and coaching /li liEnsure productive problem solving and kaizen events /li liPromote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, providing expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them /li liPromote and facilitate associate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership /li liBenchmark and incorporate best practices within Comecer Group and ATS /li liAssist in establishing and achieving the Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives related to the organization /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pEngineering degree or equivalent work experience is required, specializing in lean production is preferred. /p h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liAbility to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a managerial point of view /li liKnowledge of lean tools /li liGood writing and administrative skills, including computer skills (word processing, graphics, spreadsheet, etc.) /li /ul h3Relational Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of the organization /li liGood training skills /li liExcellent consulting/influencing skills /li liStrong results‑oriented mindset /li liStrong leadership skills /li liExposure to and participation in a wide variety of training environments /li liDemonstrated proficiency in time and project management /li /ul h3Language Skills /h3 pFluency in English and Italian. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liAt least 3 years of Operations, Engineering, Supervisory, and/or Management experience in a Lean‑Driven Manufacturing Environment /li /ul h3Seniority Level /h3 pMid‑Senior level /p h3Employment type /h3 pFull‑time /p h3Job function /h3 pManagement and Manufacturing /p h3Industries /h3 pIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
