This includes ensuring that our operations—from material and design innovation to manufacturing processes—are carried out responsibly. /p pFor our EU EHSQ Team based in Ormelle (TV), we are looking for a bEU Compliance and QMS Manager /b, reporting directly to the bEU EHSQ Director /b. /p pThe Compliance and QMS Manager will be responsible for all aspects of compliance to EU regulations, including general product safety, green claims, product packaging waste, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The manager will develop and maintain the EU quality management system (QMS). /p h3Representative Activities /h3 ul liMaintains an in-depth knowledge of the EU regulations through documentation, conferences and consultancy. /li liTravels to the EU/IL factories to audit conformity to EU and Keter regulations. /li liDevelops improvement plans towards sustainable operations. /li liPrepares, collects and analyses European data and reports on the company’s reports and performance. /li liCoordinates with different departments to integrate sustainable practices. /li liDevelops and implements European QMS, policies and initiatives. /li liConducts regular audits and assessments. /li liImplements relevant training, awareness communication, workshops within Operations, RD, Product Development, and Marketing. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBehavioural Competencies: ul liCommitment to Environment, Health and Safety Culture: Demonstrates a strong adherence to and promotion of EHS protocols and practices, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. /li liAbility to develop and maintain relationships at a senior level. /li liWell-developed analytical and leadership skills. /li liAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced organization. /li liExceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li liEvidence of the ability to work collaboratively. /li liAbility to make important decisions in a pressurized environment. /li liDemonstrates and actively promotes company values. /li /ul /li liQualification / Experience: ul liMaster’s degree in an Engineering field or equivalent. /li liExtensive experience in Quality management and Compliance in an EU context. /li liExperience in project management and training facilitation. /li liExperience in SAP, Excel and data management. /li liFluency in English: writing, reading, and speaking.
