The role is within the Cross-Asset Sales team, focusing on G10 and EM rates, including cleared swaps and inflation-linked bonds. Responsibilities : Rate Sales within the Cross Asset Sales Group at Aurel Partners. Based in New York. Focus on individual and team production with a salary/commission structure. Collaborate with a small, experienced team with backgrounds in sell-side sales, broking, and trading. Generate timely and executable rate trade ideas. Assist in onboarding new client accounts across macro products. Improve existing processes on the Macro desk, contributing to technological and revenue enhancements. Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably on the sell side. Literate in macro financial products, notably Interest Rate Swaps, ASW, Inflation swaps, Bonds, and Listed rate derivatives. Established strong client relationships focused on rates.
