For a leading Multinational Company, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and drive the Human Resources strategy and operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all HR processes and supporting business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. This role reports to the Country HR Director and partners with the global HR network. Key Responsibilities Manage all local HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and HR compliance. Act as a strategic partner to the business by providing guidance and support to managers and employees across HR topics. Implement and align HR initiatives with business goals, contributing to the company’s growth and transformation. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Manage and maintain positive labor relations, including interaction with employee representatives and unions where applicable. Drive employee engagement and support internal initiatives related to ENPS, welfare, and benefit programs. Support the implementation of HR projects and digitalization of HR processes. Monitor and analyze HR KPIs, providing actionable insights and regular reports to senior leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. Solid knowledge of Italian labor law and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels. High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism. Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken). Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably in structured and international environments. Proven experience in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is considered a strong plus. Familiarity with labor negotiations and unionized environments. Experience working in matrix organizations and multicultural teams.
