We are looking for a Scrum Master to join GOSP Digital Factory team, with the following responsibilities: Supporting an Agile squad in carrying out development activities by applying the SCRUM methodologySupporting the Product Owner in the development and maintenance of the backlogConstantly monitoring and improving the effectiveness of the adopted methodologiesConstantly supporting the team in the monitoring of the velocity, also collaborating with technical leads/stakeholders to ensure that it is adequate to the backlog fulfilment needsSupporting effective and clear communication between squad members and technical stakeholdersPreparing and managing the planning as well as steering committees with the main stakeholdersEstablishing him/herself as a single point of contact for the Business Units RequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Degree in Information Technology, computer engineering or other preparatory diploma for software design and developmentMore than 10 years of proven experience in software development contexts managing complex IT projectsCertification as SCRUM MasterAt least 5 years of experience applying the Agile SCRUM methodologyExperience in using project management tools with Agile methodology such as the Atlassian Suite (e.G.
