This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic product thinking and exceptional stakeholder management. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams (data scientists, BI engineers, operations, regional commercial teams) to deliver high-impact products that directly influence revenue and margin across €12B+ in annual business. Success in this position depends on autonomous decision-making, ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, and proven track record of shipping products that drive measurable results.\n*RESPONSIBILITIES***Product Strategy & Roadmap**Own multi-year product vision and roadmap for commercial optimization platform across pricing, assortment, promotions, and stock optimizationTranslate business objectives from CCO and regional leaders into prioritized product initiatives with clear success metrics and ROIMake strategic build vs. buy decisions on tools and platforms, evaluating time-to-value, cost, and strategic alignmentCommunicate product strategy effectively to C-suite, regional stakeholders, and technical teams through presentations and strategic documentsConduct competitive analysis and market research to identify best practices and innovation opportunities in retail optimization*Cross-Functional Execution & Leadership**Lead cross-functional squads of 40-50 people including data scientists (5-10), BI engineers (15-20), India operations team (13), and regional commercial stakeholdersDrive end-to-end product delivery from requirements gathering through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business impactCoordinate global rollouts across 4 brands (Dufry, Hudson, Autogrill, HMS Host) and multiple regions (NAM, EMEA, APAC, LATAM)Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews) and unblock teams by removing dependenciesManage complex stakeholder relationships including regional commercial leads, finance teams, supply chain, and IT/data engineeringPresent quarterly business reviews to C-suite (CCO, CFO, CEO) showcasing product impact on key business metrics*Hands-On Product Development**Operate and own on detailed BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex commercial optimization featuresCreate wireframes and prototypes (Figma, mockups) to validate concepts with users before engineering investmentPerform SQL queries and Excel analysis to answer urgent business questions or validate hypotheses independentlyConduct user research and usability testing with commercial teams to ensure product-market fitChallenge data scientists and engineers on technical approaches, architecture decisions, and implementation feasibility*WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR**10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years in technical product roles working closely with engineering and data science teamsProven track record of delivering high impact, data driven products that achieved measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, cost savings, efficiency)Experience leading complex products in analytics, ML powered platforms, B2B SaaS, or marketplace environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong technical depth, including modern data architectures, ML systems, analytics stacks, and the ability to read and challenge code (Python, SQL)Hands on with data, comfortable using SQL and Excel/Python for exploratory analysis and decision makingDeep commercial and financial acumen, including pricing and revenue optimization, experimentation (A/B testing), and P&L;/ROI trade offsConfident executive communicator with a proven ability to influence C suite stakeholders and align cross functional teams without authorityStrong people leadership and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring PMs or leading cross functional delivery teamsAction oriented, quality driven executor who thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments; experience in top tech firms, high growth startups, or ML/AI products is a plusFluent in English
