Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our training projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills, and competencies effectively and appealingly. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a training project’s organization and timeline. Responsibilities include communicating with managers across the organization to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams, channel partners, and employees. You will be part of the Global Segment Sales team which is expanding. Your team members are based in different parts of the world (part of the team is based in Delft), bringing a diverse set of cultures and skills. The team has a drive for collaboration, focus, responsibility and transparency. This position reports to: Technical Training Manager Your responsibilities: - Map out annual training plans for Sales, Marketing, communications, Services, Support, and more, along with the rest of the Global Training Team and manage the relationship with internal/external customers and all stakeholders. - Collaborate in the instructional designing of the training modules together with the design staff of the global training team, coordinate suppliers and processes to ensure that our training projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. - Analyze the performance of content creation providers, evaluate alternatives that improve the performance of content creation processes, such as examining alternative providers or management tools. - Maintain training project documentation and course folders, continuous improvement plan to keep training resources updated and available, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. - Ensure that all training projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget, developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and ensure resource availability and allocation. - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques, report and escalate to management as needed. - Create and maintain comprehensive training project documentation. Your background: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a technical background or equivalent work experience, preferably with a major in Electricity, Power Electronics, or Electro-mechanical field is desirable. - Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as a (Training) Project Manager, (Training) Program manager, Training Coordinator, or similar role. - Knowledge of learning theories and lesson & curriculum planning skills, adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools is a plus and instructional design skills would be highly valued. - In-depth understanding of the learning process for sales professionals, preferably in high-paced environments, MS Office proficiency, advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. - Hands-on mentality and resilience toward a fast-changing environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, internally and externally and solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, fluency in English (verbal and written) and preferably any other primary global language. - Willingness to travel up to 10-30% on average, mostly within Europe and globally.
