We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Quality Specialist (Associate, Specialist, Senior).
What You Will Be Doing

* Lead and manage quality and process improvement initiatives to support operational customs clearance service objectives
* Close collaboration with operational teams in different regions and with departments like Engineering, Compliance and Network
* Ensure alignment with strategic quality objectives and operational standards
* Lead or support cross-regional and cross-functional projects
What Do You Bring With You

* Bachelor degree and very good English
* Demonstrated proactivity and capability to influence change
* Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
* Strong ability to plan and organize with attention to detail
* Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience and knowledge across various operational fields, ideally includes customs clearance
* Demonstrated capacity to work in fast-paced environment while adjusting priorities accordingly
