REQ-10095761 - 09/05/2025 - Customer Journey - Milaan, Italië- ING Bank The Multichannel Platform Product Owner has end-to-end responsibility for the development, management, harmonization and maintenance of the Multichannel platform with a view to achieve an optimum customer eperience and better accommodate customer journeys. He is responsible for day-to-day platform management across the channels in use (Voice, Chat, Video) The PO will lead a squad within ING’s Agile organization, and, together with other team’s members, develops and leads eecution of a digital content strategy that supports growth, redesign and transformation of the assisted channels of the Bank in terms of new assets and processes. As a Product Owner is responsible of managing and prioritizing the backlog of the squad, translate business requirements in development tasks, managing the relationship with stakeholders. It is required solid eperience in IT delivery process in Agile, ecellent communication skills, ecellent knowledge of written and spoken English, attitude to detail and process, ability to work and maintain composure under tight deadlines. This position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional and international teams. Key responsibilities: - Collaborate with the squads to Translate business requirements in delivery requirements- - Knows IT processes and ensures the Definition of Ready for Sprint in terms of IT dependencies and risks- - Design accordingly to business requirements new solution to improve assisted channel journeys (voice, chat, video)- - Validate together with business functionalities according to strategic operating models- - Definition and planning of functional testRequired skills and eperience 3-5 years of eperience as a business analyst within financial industry/ telco industry/ consulting industry and within an international and comple environment- - Eperience in Agile way of working- - Stakeholders’ management at several level- - Eperience of IT project and working effectively across functions (e.g. Sales areas, Legal, Compliance, DPE, DPO)- - Eperience on Digital Process and Digital Capabilities related to Assisted Channels (contact centre, sales distribution channels, financial advisors)- - Eperience in use of content management systems- - Creative mindset to be able design autonomously with the squad feasible solutions- - Fluent EnglishWorking conditions:Full Time Duration: Permanent Location: Milan (hybrid) About ING ING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
