We are always there to lend a hand to video game developers and publishers by offering four service lines: Create, Globalize, Media & Entertainment, and Engage – one of the fastest‑growing Service Lines at Keywords Studios. Engage provides technical support, community management, and trust & safety services for a wide range of AAA and Indie studios.
We are looking for a native Mandarin‑speaking, Community Manager for a project that can be performed remotely. It is a fixed‑term contract lasting approximately a couple of months, full‑time with working hours based on the UK time zone.
Responsibilities
* Review all incoming community interactions on different social media platforms and communicate directly with players
* Respond to comments and player queries in a timely manner
* Create engaging content for social media
* Assist the developer by forwarding important information from all issues handled with customers
* Help foster and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for the game community
* Moderate discussions and comments following set community guidelines
* Proactively suggest new ways to grow and care for the community
* Create and update corresponding documentation and reports as needed
Qualifications
* At least 1–2 years of community management experience
* Excellent knowledge of Chinese, native or near‑native level
* Very good English skills
* Excellent communication and writing skills
* Passionate about video games and social media
* Strong understanding and experience with different social media channels
