Your Role
You will optimize and develop the supply base supporting three production sites.Assess supplier capacity and drive supply base consolidation and risk reduction.You will lead make-or-buy analyses and production relocation initiatives.Develop should-cost models and support procurement negotiations.You will coordinate supplier production planning and capacity balancing across sites.Ensure on-time deliveries through proactive expediting and risk management.You will work cross-functionally with Procurement, Engineering, Planning, Quality, and Logistics.
Your background
Strong background in supply chain, procurement, and production planning.Experience in capacity analysis, cost engineering, and should-cost modeling.Solid project management skills in sourcing and relocation projects.Ability to read BOMs and understand manufacturing processes and technologies.Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a multi-site, cross-functional environment.
